Shipping and Returns Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional processing time during holidays. If you need help with an order, please email candles@scentsofflare.com with details of your request.

Exchanges and Returns
Purchases are eligible for exchange or return within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange or return the following must be met:

✦Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
✦Unworn or unused, with tags
✦In its original packaging.
✦The receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange or return, please email candles@scentsofflare.com. Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we will notify you and let you know if the exchange or return was approved. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.

Exchanges are handled as returns. The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds on returns
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within  10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us at candles@scentsofflare.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. If your order arrived damaged, please send us a detailed email within 48 hours about the damaged items with photos of the damaged items before using your product.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

 Candles, wax melts, and other wax products can soften and melt during shipping in warm/hot temperatures. We are not liable for products that have liquified or melted when subjected to warm/hot temperatures for long periods. Please have your orders shipped to a temperature-controlled location, for example, your business or home, where someone is present to receive the order. We will not be liable for packages left outside in warm/hot temperatures.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Clearance items, limited edition items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not cover the shipping charge on any returned items.

International Orders
We are not currently offering international shipping outside of the U.S. (Lower 48 States).
